Im just checking whether or not this is the week Bleach continues or is it the following week?? Im excited to start reading the final chapters! Im just anxious to see how it will be written out.

Bleach comes back on Septemer 9th. Not 4th.

It was never said that it was a 6 week break. It was claimed that Bleach would resume starting on Issue #41 of Weekly Shounen Jump. #41 comes out on September 9th.
