As for the sigs, they're both very generic. A pattern effect, with a render, and text over it.

I recommend looking up photoshop tutorials and learning the basics before making your first sig, become fluent with the tools of the program and then begin making things. Learn basic backgrounds/brushes/effects/blending/depth. It takes time to become good with photoshop, it's not something that you can be impatient with.
