[Discussion] New Wizard Saint

With the latest chapter revealing that Serena is a traitor, that leaves room for a new member of the council and a new member of the Wizard Saints.

So who do you think will occupy one of the positions or even both?

For the new Wizard Saint

I predict it will be Gildarts (in fact I am surprised he isn't a Wizard Saint yet considering his power and accomplishments.)

My second runner up is Laxus (but I am a little doubtful).

Followed by Erza.

As for the new position on the Council:

I am going to go ahead and say Makarov, as I think Erza's position as Guild Master will be permanent.

So who do you think will be the new Wizard Saint and who will be the new member of the magic council?

Laxus does seem like a popular candidate for a new Wizard Saint.

He does certainly have the power.

Laxus already beat the crap out of juura a year back, Gildarts is already on his own league, which makes them somewhere below the 4 king level. Natsu, Gajeel, Erza and gray are all Pure monsters. which makes them wizard saint level imo or if not below wizard saint level.

Lets wait and see how this one goes on.

Jura is a wizard saint ---> Jura lost to Laxus ---> Laxus qualifies for a wizard saint.

laxus natsu gray erza and gildarts are all wizard saint level

Natsu is way above Wizard saints, my prediction for his Full strength is half way Acnologia strength....I believe he can now give Acnologia a match....I sayin this considering the movie poster that say NATSU DRAGONIZE...and also the way he One shotted a fricken Huge GOD...with the Crumbling FIST of the Dragon KING......I believe his Dragon force Gives him more of Dragon Scales that are colored RED.

Geldarts, Gray, Gajeel and Laxus are wizard saints level, they can even match the 4 kings of Ishagar.

Erza is also a monster, practically she can fight without her Five senses.....come on guyz if any Fairy tail memebers lost those even Natsu would not be able to fight, the will and strength she possesses make her a monster...if Zeref was normal at some point then that means a Normal Wizard can defeat him, and I put my hands on Erza to take that Accolade, I really don't believe Natsu will fight Zeref, I don't think Natsu will live on for the enemy's will, Natsu doesn't have the fire to fight Zeref, the only one he trained so hard for is Acnologia, if Natsu fight Zeref then that means he will remain a Demon for all eternity, as he was following the orders Zeref gave him.....

Zeref distruction will come at the hand of Normal wizards or Acnologia but certainly not Natsu.

Topic at hand: Natsu - higher than wizard saints

: Gajeel- Natsu level.
: Erza - wizard saint
: Galdarts - his own level.
: Laxus - wizard saints
The one I metioned are all more than Qualified for Wizards saints when you based them on power alone.

Well we always were short for 2 Saints at best. With Porla and Jellal it's 4. And without Makarov and Serena it's 6 currently.

Ten Saints are supposed to be 10 Strongest Mages on the Continent, but it's really not, when Gildarts/Laxus aren't one of them.

I would just give my list of mages (including defected and removed members) who are IMO powerful enough for the title

Serena, Hyberion, Wolfheim, Warrod, Makarov, Gildarts, Laxus, Erza, Natsu, Gray, Porla, Jura, Jellal, Bluenote (he seems to be Legal Mage these days).

I will not say Gajeel, because it seems there was big gap between him and Natsu/Gray pre time skip.

I myself feel that Gildarts will be appointed as the new Wizard Saint, Laxus still lacks the wisdom imo, Doe both qualifies as a Wizard Saint in terms of power, plus Laxus himself wont agree for this position.

Gildarts and Laxus both won't agree for this position I think. Gildarts don't like having title you know He's not that kinda guy. He like to go around and have some fun. Idk About Laxus but I jus feel he won't agree..
Jellal may return to council if he helps in War Again Arbaless. Oh well let's see what happen???

I really wanna see laxus back in action but he is not the type to accept a Saint position. Love the way he destroyed Tempesta in the anime. That was really badass

I think gildarts can be ranked as the 1st king of ishgar(i think he can beat every human),laxus comes next he is a powerhouse and i think he may be different after time skip somewhat like makarov's character.Natsu(yes he is the strongest dragon slayer).
If i have to pick the wizard saints my list is
gildarts
laxus
natsu
mest(I dont know if he is powerful enough but he has knowledge)
jellal(yes i choose him again because he has both knowledge and power)
But i dont think they will accept this title

Kagura yes. Sure That's likely to be possible.
After 1 year she's got even more stronger than GMG arc. So yeah definitely

That is actually a really good idea, she was extremely powerful.

She could definitely become one of the Wizard Saints.

It will most likely be Jellal.

I think the strongest people in Ishgal are currently 1 of:
Natsu
Gildarts
Laxus
Possibly Gray
Jellal

Anyone of these are strong enough to be the 1st ranked only Gildarts and Jellal hold the wisdom to do so and only Jellal would accept it.

Ofcourse this is all my opinion, who knows what Hiro will do, maybe we will see a new character or a joke number 1 like Lucy.
