[Photoshop] new wednesday header for NarutoBase

Hello! i just wanted to help out here by making a new "temporary" header for NarutoBase.net.

this one i thought... you should definitely use it every Wednesday until people have learned from it.

here it is:

p.s. you don't have to tell me that i'm skilled with Photoshop or anything like that.
i've been using Photoshop since i was a little puppy.

It's not allowed to use as signature since it's over the allowed limits anyway, make it smaller with your great PS skill(lol).

It's a good idea though.

-Edit, i don't think ppl however will read signatures or avatars of other members before spamming threads of where the manga is.

I didn't mean this exact photo... But really though... You should look into making some big text somewhere on Wednesdays for couple of weeks... To prevent all those threads asking when it's out I think we're about 1000 victims jumping straight to our Manga website every time we see a "Naruto 937" thread cuz we think it's out... :3

But members refuse to read it anyway. Well you can't do more than report then, but i'll be honest. I rarely see people report about those, all they do is coming to our profiles and nag about it while we tell members to report instead...(Yeah i check the majority of reports every day).

Yes, but like i said somewhere in an edited post upstairs in the posts in the thread. I don't think that ppl will create less threads about it since majority of them just log in to nag about where it is, rather than looking at other members signatures before they post their nag threads. But i could be wrong. I think the core concept is good though, and i'd like to see members have it and see if there will be any difference. But on the other hand, why not take it a step further and encourage ppl to follow the rules in your signature too? Ppl do it anyway >_>.

That's a problem cause that means it's less information to us given but more nagging about that we don't do anything.... Which sucks..
