An idea i thought of was to get an earth/water user to create mud and cover the exterior of the susanno with it. This would limit the vision of the person inside, and if thurough enough you can completly blind the susanno user.

Any Wood, Earth, Water style techniques that could hit the user out of said Susano'o or grab them out of it.
That technique that Jiraiya used against those dogs of Pain's is also a good technique to use.

My version of the FTG counter is this. Make a clone. Have the original teleport to a kunai. Have the clone grab susanoo and teleport it at the same kunai as the original. This means the FTG user is now inside of the susanoo and is free to attack/mark. Before somebody says teleporting like that is impossible, let me ask you this. How did lightening the sand make Garra able to grab Madara? It's because susano's insides aren't usually solid and/or has counters that require the user to focus on defense. Meaning catching them off guard with fast attacks inside of the susanoo (such as FTG) is quite possible.

Onoki made not only Gaaras sand, but all the sand around them lighter. Then, Gaara could gain control over the sand at Madaras feet, that was mentioned at the end of chapter 560.
Only the caster of Susanoo can move inside and go outside of Susanoo like he wants.
Susanoo can't affect it's caster. Madara said something like that, the moment Tsunade wanted to use Susanoos sword to attack him.
Maybe that's because the chakra of the caster is building that warrior. In the end Gaara used that possibility to throw Madara outside of Susanoo.

If Susanoo can't affect it's caster, there shoudn't be any resistance, yes. But we should also consider that Gaara stopped Susanoos movements with his sand. Otherwise if the caster moves around, Susanoo will follow instinctive.

Minato marks a Susanoo user before they can put susanoo up, and when they do put susanoo up Minato teleports directy behind them, inside the susanoo.

Or maybe Kakashi kamui snipes a small hole inside the back of Susanoo along the spine.

Juubito or Rikudou Madara ***** smacks the susanoo with black orb manipulation. Either the staff or just the shapeshifting variant of the black orbs.

Madaraa's meteor drop on Sasuke's 'perfect' susanoo.

Naruto digging underground and popping up inside susano.

Excellent stuff. I really do believe a FTG user can get inside of Susanoo. It wouldn't be easy, but being as fast as Minato i'm sure he can get in range to tag it.
