I guess, since he made Bolt a carbon copy of his dad; He wanted to make a carbon copy of the mother as well. U_U

Dunno I think Bolt is more like Konohamaru (early part one with Hiruzen as the Hokage) personality wise, he just looks like Naruto.

Himawari seems WAY more carefree than Hinata. Personality wise you can tell she is a completely different person from both Naruto and Hinata from speculation, but from the picture of her with her hands out and her walking. She just seems happy-go-lucky.
