Ehh, it's ok. Try using filters, adjustment layers a bit and it'll spice it up alot.
I did not know which filters to use anything i like distorted the pic too much but yea i agree that naruto was too plain nothing to set it apart from other sigs to make it over the top but not too bad i think all things considered

Is something like this better i think its a bit smudgey but i digress.
A little more interesting to look at. Try using your sharpen and blur tools on it. Use sharpen where you want attention to be drawn, and blur in the other areas, but don't do either one.

You can also add a light source by using the dodge and burn tools. Just dodge the areas you want to be lightened and burn the areas you want to be dark. Then take a large soft brush, and set its color to white, and outside the sig click so that the edge of it makes it look like a light source is coming into your sig. Make sure that it is in line with your dodging/burning.

I can do that stuff by layer but i don't have a brush tool or at least don't think so i'm using photoshop elements 6 so i don't know the difference between that and something like cs5

Thanks for the tips:)

My bad, I didn't realize that.
Then just use your dodge tool for light, assuming elements has that.
