It's Tsunade and she is not in his spot!

Hashirama's face is not showing, cuz it's behind Tobirama's!

Tobirama looks practically the same!

Hiruzen has full beard!

The Fourth Hokage is Kisashi, Sakura's dad!

And the Fifth Hokage shuld still be Tsunade, cuz you can see half the face and it's the same as in the oroginal series!

PS: How do I know that Hashirama's face is behind Tobirama's!
Cuz I saw it on another picture, but I can't find it, sorry.

Oh well that looked like minatos famous side bangs but ok then this movie is not ganna start as awesomely as I thought it would if minato isnt hokage

It's basically what would of happened without all the tragedies such as the Uchiha clan massacre and nine tails attack, so yeah just an opposite dimension of the actual series.

I strongly doubt this movie has anything to do with the main story it is just a what would of happened if this didn't happen movie and is a whole another dimension almost like a opposite dimension of the the main story.

Actually, it is a genjutsu created by Tobi. Go to Naruto get and watch the translated trailer. Naruto and Sakura are trapped in a genjutsu where Naruto's parents are still alive. Kishi said in a interview that this would add to the main story unlike the other movies. The trailer said Naruto would have to chose between this illusion and the entire world.
