New Trend in Naruto Openings

Has anyone else noticed that, ever since Obito was unmasked (or even a bit before) he has been very prominent in all of the anime openings? Heck, in the new opening, it seems like he's featured more than Sasuke! The scene where it shows him growing up almost makes you feel like he's as much of the main protagonist as Naruto is. On another note, does anyone else think, in a way, Obito was the main character of the Ten Tails Revival Arc (595-656)? Perhaps, in some ways, on an equal, perhaps even greater level than Naruto himself?

Also, as a side comment, does anyone else notice that every opening shows an instance of Madara smirking psychotically, and then fighting Hashirama?

Makes sense for the main villain of the arc to be featured more than anyone aside from the main character. Especially considering he is portrayed as what the main character would be if he ever lost hope and went to the bad side.
