Lol of course not, although i was suprised by her use of chains but she's not fuking with top 30 but she can take on some female characters now like sakura and tsunade duevto her chains.

And i find it funny how kishi gives that fodder uzumaki chains but leaves tsunade with practically nothing.

Those chains can even control nine tails I think suigethsu with samehada will get in to top 11

Probably yeah & Sugetsu is strong , but yeah who knows .
