She had the Juubi's chakra, obviously Equal to or greater than Rikudou's own since all of his came from her..

Rikudou grew up with the power, and it was in his body from the start.. His mother might only have wielded it and not knowing how to utilize it.

No need for feats. Each of the sons got 50% of the Hagoromo's powers. 50% of the sage is more than enough to be top 5.
