Quite possibly. He has raw power, whereas Mu is very precise. I can see a fight between them going High Difficulty on either side. Mu has the tactical advantage because of invisibility and body splitting, but if Killer Bee can figure out Mu's abilities at all, he nukes him and or outlasts him.

What about if Bee does the whirlwind...?

Madara gets in PS and PS slashes Minato until Minato runs out of chakra.

Hashirama uses Flower Tree World and solos.

Tobirama uses Suiton to wash away Kunai, out preforms in Taijutsu. Could go either way.

Kisame uses Water Dome and Minato drowns.

Sasori uses Iron Sand magnetism on the FTG kunai and makes it to where Minato can only FTG to one place, then Iron Sand solos.

EMS Sasuke uses enton on the ground and covers the battlefield in enton, soloing Minato.

Itachi uses genjutsu, superior Taijutsu, or Susano'o to win. Could go either way.

Tobimaru is faster than naruto, if naruto is touched then he's basically finished.

He can teleport naruto in fron of every bijuudama that is thrown at him. (Same concept of what happened to obito only with his clones)

That is very noobish of you, mastering a technique basically means learning its strength and weaknesses and using it wisely.
