I agree with your list, I think 8 Gates Gai deserves at least a mention.
He was said to be nearly as strong as Hashirama by Madara

But only because of an ability that kills him after use. Which doesn't really make him strong as a whole.

As I said, lists like this are doomed to be alike, by your logic, you most likely copied the entire base and a majority of Naruto fans. Compared to the others on this list, he wouldn't even be able to survive in a fight against any of them one on one. He has already claimed Orochimrau stronger than himself, and Minato using Kurama's chakra beats Kakashi.

I personally don't think Minato or Itachi would be able to beat Nagato. If they had knowledge of his power prior to fighting him, then maybe. Something which Itachi gained from Naruto and prior to fighting Nagato before the fight started. ( He also had minor help from Bee and Naruto. )

Hagoromo said that Kaguya was stronger than anyone, and that Madara only had a part of his own power. Hagoromo directly said that Kaguya was stronger than the current Madara.

Hashirama and Nagato should clearly be above Obito, and Itachi should not be above Kabuto seeing as though he couldn't solo Kabuto. It's up in the air as to whether or not Hagoromo should be above Madara, but if/when Madara gets his other eye back he should at least be put above Hagoromo, if not placed alongside Kaguya.

The reason I leveled Kaguya above Hagoromo is because of his own words, he claimed that his mother was stronger than anyone. Also, please note that all of these characters are leveled from when they were at the peak of their powers. That means that characters such as Obito are leveled based on how powerful they were as Jin's even if they have lost that power now. Madara is also leveled based on how powerful we've seen him as the Juubi's Jin this far and also by his future power when he obtains the other Rinnegan.

Glad to see a list that takes into account each character at the peak of their abilities regardless of whether they have since lost them or not. I agree with your list with the possible exception of Minato being that high up. Personally i think that Muu and DSM Kabuto were stronger at their peaks but it doesn't matter still a great list.

Also if based on peak powers surely eight gates gai would be in the top ten as he is stronger than Kabuto, Itachi and Minato to name a few.

Hagoromo said that Madara only gained a fraction of his own power, and Hagoromo stated that Kaguya was stronger than himself. Therefore Madara is the weakest of the three. Obito had the power of the Juubi, the Rinnegan and Sharingan. That is more than Nagato ever had. Also, Juubito was stronger than EMS Madara, that much is a common fact. ( If the Juubi's Jin wasn't stronger than old Madara, then Madara wouldn't bother with testing the new powers. )
