It because Hinata get full power up from Hamura while Sasuke and Naruto get each half from Hagoromo. Hamura also call Hinata with honorifics such Byakugan Princess mean she is the true wilder of Byakugan and her eyes is the most specials among Byakuguan even from Kaguya or Hamura. Hinata destiny not just Hyuga clan leader which she will trust the title to her sister, but she is royals or noble princess from the Otsutsuki prophecy which Hamura, Toneri all all Otsustuki clan believe to be the Byakugan Princess. Naruto and Sasuke is not from moon clans prophecy they both is not royalties or notabilities they is just Indra and Ashura descendant and Hagoromo prodigy.

I see your other thread and from what i think she is something like Kaguya powerful yet not a fighting material. She will use her strength in part 3 not as a fighter but as mother to protect Bolt and Himawari yet also to protect her husband Naruto what she really believe in. She have a wish to be as powerful as Naruto maybe not as ninja but as person. She will not just protect her family but yet her clan and village. That why Hyuga and Byakugan will be the main roles in part 3 where Hinata show herself as heroine and someone related with storyline.

Her power up must be weak considering that toneri put her in a birdcage and naruto had to rescue her. Her powerup from hamura was meant to destroy the tenseigan machine since only hamura & his descendants can destroy it.
