I'm new to NB and have been looking around. I would like to create a character bio (Seen the FAQ) I encountered some people that say that fillers don't count. I want to use some KG characteristics from characters that appeared only as fillers is this allowed?

First you will need 50 posts for a basic bio.

But yes,you can make bio's for filler only characters.
