I believe we already met some of kaguya's relatives from her dimension. Remember how fuen and the others tried to summon that landform from another dimension. I think that landform is from kaguyas home dimension. If you think about it they did have some similar abilities besides the byakugan and rinnegan which would obviously make kaguya a lot stronger than the rest of her dimensions people.
