Something I havent seen on here before. Does anyone remember when itachi fought naruto kakashi and saskara.. there was that "big battle" and then it turns out it really wasnt him... Well my question is , what if thats how Madra helped Obito. Gave him a chackra power up and a bigger body for a limited time.

It was explained in the previous chapter. Madara stuck a part of Hashirama's body to Obito's right body.

And as we have seen from the chapter 601, with Obito's arm healing fast, Hashirama's body is still his right side.
