New theory on who black goku is?

So here's what I'm thinking, what if the heart disease that goku contracted was actually a nanobot type virus that was spread by Dr. Gero in an attempt to hasten his world domination plan, but it also doubled as a takeover. What I mean by that is, the nanobots would enter a person and read their power levels and the weak ones (pretty much everybody) would be killed by the nanobots attacking the victims heart, however the strongest victims (goku) would be killed, then the nanobots would travel to the brain and transfer all of gero's memories and personality to the victims brain, effectively taking over their body as the nanobots healed the heart.

When did/would this have happened? In future trunks timeline, goku doesn't know about the incoming androids, so he would be living at home peacefully with his family, gero (android 20) would be able to easily find him and set his creation free. But in the mainstream timeline, goku was surrounded by various z fighters and was out and about training so gero couldn't find him until he decided to attack, that's why it took a few extra months for goku to contract the virus AND why goku is the first infected in both timelines.

This would explain the whole "goku IA already dead in trunks timeline" and why black goku calls trunks "saiyan", because gero isn't a saiyan.

Actually Akira is way more involved with this than kishi is with Naruto. Akira writes the plot and the studio writes out the specific dialogues. Its his story all the down to the character designs.

The Naruto fillers however have no involvement of kishi whatsoever.
