What are the chances of Tobi being sasukes long-lost brother, like he´s the eldest brother of sasuke and itachi who vanished when mikoto gave birth.
He then got taken care of by some other people of konoha and when he grew up, he left his adopted parents and konoha behind, he got interested in the uchihas though and he snook through their district to find the secret tablet and after a few years planned the nine-tails attack on the village.
Why would he attack you ask? If we think about it, he would have to be born into the third shinobi world-war and he was fed up with the world like this so after learning the uchihas secrets and konohas history, he would then use his sharingan to control the kyuubi into attacking the village, why didn´t he have the mangekyou you ask?
He knew about madara and his ems but he wasn´t too sure about it, first of all, killing your friend so that you MIGHT gain stronger eyes and then taking other mangekyou eyes and transplanting them, the requirement didn´t fit him and he had no proof it would work, it wasn´t worth it, what if he didn´t gain stronger eyes and it was all in vain?
So before he freed the kyuubi, he took contact with oro who fleed the village around that time, he made him implant hashiramas cells into him to get a stronger sharingan one powerful enough to control the kyuubi, with this, he wouldn´t need MS.
So he got everything together made a plan, waited untill it was time for kushinas birth and went out.
After the attack failed, he stayed on konoha without anyone knowing, no one knew the kyuubi was being controlled except for minato and kushina who were both dead so no one knew about tobi, the higher ups did suspect an uchiha however to be behind the incident and with this, tobi freely roamed konoha and found out mikoto and fugaku was his real parents, he used S/T jutsu to go in and out of konoha and during this time, he was slowly forming akatsuki and gatherin members, he was also controlling yagura during this period and Nagato was following his orders to set his plan in motion.
He after some time learned itachi was ordered to kill the clan and then got approached by his little brother itachi who told him "Hey, i want to massacre the uchiha and you look strong, wanna join me?", and he was like "Yeah little*cough* yes why not? I´ll join you but under one condition, you will become a member of illuminati*cough*cough* i mean akatsuki where i´m the leader, the leader there will be a false one and will actually work for me but don´t tell anyone ok?!
Itachi: Why did you tell me this now, how do you know i won´t betray you?
Tobi: Well, it´s because you´r*cough*cough* i can see it in your eyes*cough*

So they kill the clan, tobi greets danzo and they play a game of who can pluck most eyes, tobi absorb every eye he and danzo pluck out but is nice enough to give him 10 eyes and have a hundred for himself.
Itachi acts infront of sasuke and run to akatsuki where he chases away oro which then runs to konoha for sasuke who then runs from konoha to oro for power who then runs to itachi and ends up in a cave with tobi where he learns the truth and you know the rest if you read the manga.
This is the best theory ever, i´m a genius!!!
I should get the noble prize award for "Theory of the ages"!
What do you guys think, it´s very good, by my calculations, the chances of my theory to come true is 99,8% which is pretty darn accurate if kishi doesn´t show us something new in next weeks chapter which may or may not increase my chances.
