A team of Naruto, Kabuto, Itachi, Minato, 3rd Raikage, Muu, A, Tsunade, Gaara, 2nd Mizukage, Sasuke, Onoki, and Sage of 6 paths. xd

If you choose an unfair team then I am going to break the rules.

 

[Blunt]

Minato, Kabuto (EDO TENSEI) and Naruto. Reason I chose Minato is because there is another s/t user and he can be very versatile/ with naruto.
Teleport with Naruto and RasenShuriken. Naruto + Minato is pretty good combo.

If kabuto has edo tensei then this team wins.

Otherwise the above list is pretty much unstoppable (Madara team). By adding edo tensei you have added Itachi, Deidara and many more powerful shinobi.

Kabuto has edo tensei and DSM
Naruto has multishadowclones and KM/BM
Minato has FTG, RDS, and space/time barrier

Edo tensei provides reinforcment summons
Naruto's clones provide a Rasenshuriken assault that can be comboed with Minato's FTG
Madara's attacks that are OP can be space/time barriered to another place
RDS can be used to seal Madara
Edo tensei could be theoretically used on the other two if they were defeated (highly unlikely).


I mean giving one team three rinnegan users(one intangible being, one a rinnegan master, and one with Perfect Susano) and two two can use Mokuton....seems like a fair fight no matter what !
