New team 7>>Old team 7?

Is the new team 7 as a team better than the old one?

I mean this teamwork by itself is better than everything old team 7 did as a team. what do u think?

Well yes Sakura was pretty much useless in their team and Naruto and Sasuke had to do everything on their own . This new team is well balanced and has better teamwork.

Overall as a team they are better.

They replicate of part 2 team 7 ver 2.0 at an earlier age . Mitsuki is Sai, Sarada is basically a slightly underpowered early part 2 Sakura, and obv Boruto is Naruto.

This team 7 is already making moves lol

Team work is better, skill wise they pretty good. Power wise if we add Mitsuki's SM and Sarada's display of the Sharingan I think they beat team 7 if they were to go up against them. 1st mission team 7 I'm reffering to.

We're gonna have to say by logic that it's the New team 7...certainly had much of a better head start.

They cooperate better, much less arguments...no rivalry. More civil.

Each and every one of them is talented, and just about all of em have element jutsu.

For the simple fact that ALL of em can hold their own...no weaklings on the team.

The reason why this is an unfair question to ask is that when we saw "Team 7", Kishimoto didn't have it all laid out properly. He even stated that he wished he built a stronger friendship by showing more team 7 missions.He also wished he foreshadowed Sakura and Sasuke's romance.

The reason why when people watch Naruto and Sakura and think they're obsessed with Sasuke is that the bonds were not cemented properly, so it comes off as creepy. What Kishi realised later was how he made a mistake of not building them up enough.

The writers however are not making the same mistake with the new team 7 and are better prepared to display good teamwork, new powers and friendship, so that is why I think it's unfair to ask if New team 7> Old

If I'm being honest, Boruto being in the new Team 7 make it better by default.

If I'm being honest, Boruto being replaced with Metal Lee would make team 7 well rounded. We don't need an overzealous Clone who's not needed. If not for him Current team 7 would comfortably be above the previous team 7. They could replace him with Metal Lee give him SCJ for mad thaijutsu combos and maybe earth spear(kakazus) to enhance his strength and mitigate some of the effects of the 8 gates. He'd be a boss character for sure and team 7 would be in a new league altogether.

For like the 1st couple now chapters team 7 was balance, in the forest of death they were too.
The new team is too op.

Sakura was the brain, Sasuke had the skill and Naruto had the deadly stamina

Sarada seems to posses all
Plus superior abilities than Sasuke possessed at that age, probably due to her intelegence and natural analytical ability

Team work definitely the new one, but I liked the dynamic and storyline of the old team 7 and they were 10x more intresting to watch.

Original Team 7 was certifiable trash as far as teamwork is concerned. Of the 8 official missions across the entire series, Part 1 Team 7 had 3 missions:

Find Lost Pet

Escort Bridge Builder

Various D Rank Missions. (During these missions Kakashi says their teamwork has deteriorated)

Sasuke then defects from the village and Team 7 is for all intents and purposes disbanded.

Naruto, Sakura, and Shikamaru with Pakkun then receive the mission to Stop Gaara and Retrieve Sasuke.

Team 7 doesn’t receive a single Canon Mission until Shippuden when they are ordered to Rescue the Kazekage

Sai then joins Team 7 and they receive one mission which is to Meet With Sasori’s Spy. The mission is a failure. Afterwards Naruto, Sakura, and Sai with Yamato back Team 10 up and fight Kakuzu. Team 7 then fails yet another mission. Search for Sasuke and Itachi.

So if you want to to get technical, the new Team 7 is outperforming the old iteration in every way. OG Team 7 has insane powerhouse characters but as a team it took them 700 chapters to work together coherently in what wasn’t even an official mission.
