The bananas and "floaty thing" were just gags, Carrot didn't use the "floaty thing" to jump or be in the air you can see in the panels she doesn't have it. He may get whatever electro is, which is what Rody called how they put out electricity, and I don't think the boots had anything to do with her jump but I could be wrong, she just seemed to be strong is all.

The Mink was a Bull, that floating thingy was just a gag representing the red capes of bullfighters. She is a Rabbit Mink, so it's highly likely they get the enhanced physical strength similar to fishpeople and merfolk, and the added bonus of each animal, and Rabbits are known for speed, agility and leaping prowess.

As for the electricity, that sure is a new thing. Maybe each Mink can produce static electricity and use it as an attack? She does seem to have a glove on, but maybe?
