An attack that destroy the Altar, Altar is a power that can destroy earth and moon. This only speculation but "maybe" Juubi have the same ability to crush earth and moon we never know until it proven wise. This combination jutsu from Hinata and Naruto is a power enough to destroy the Tenseigan Altar which logically gave a similar chance to demolish Juubi in a same way.

Kishi is fair 9 Bijuu was Hagoromo strongest weapon while Hamura have all collection of 1000 Byakugan in his Tenseigan Altar as weapon, this is the strongest power for both brother which had the ability to accumulate those power with their own respective doujutsu Rinnegan and Tenseigan

im pretty sure if Kishi say only Hinata power and help from Naruto rasengan can destroy the Energy Vessel, totruka, Arrown wont give shi*. Those power cant destroy a football field how can the earth or moon?
