They are amazing live!...
I saw them a few years ago when they warmed up for Iron Maiden ... Epic concert ^^ And it was while their title album "Avenged sevenfold" was still their latest - and it's my favorite!.. So they mainly played songs from that one Epic!

Im trying to see them live the next time they come to North Carolina. I've heard they are tremendous live. I love their self titled album as well. The new one is amazing all the way through

I agree I love how it's a combination of their older and newer styles! And that they mixed in some new elements! Like the beginning of Requim And the fact that they still honor The Rev in this one.. Nobody would blame them if they didn't do it since they dedicated their whole Nightmare album to him

But in my world, their greatest songs will always be: (Not in order by awesomeness)

I love every one of the songs you mentioned. there are very few songs by them that I dislike. I'd have to say requiem or planets are my favorites off this new album

Dude I'm glad you posted this! I'm seeing them next month with five finger death punch and porn! My favorite albums are self titled and waking the fallen. Last time I saw them live they kicked ass. I can't wait for next month!
