The first one has been overdone with sharpness, but I still prefer it over the second one. I like the angle of lighting and tones on it. The second one would look better without the text IMO.
I like them both a lot though.

First of all: Thank you
i know it's a bit oversharpened... that's because the render was a bit lq but i liked it too much to search for anotherone.
and for the text, either i have bad fonts or i just suck at adding text... ^^ whatever it is I'll try to improve
