OhReary is a great GFXer! best so far, -Avenger- is too but he doesn't do work for ppl anymore.

He made me a gif avy :3 it's awesome, I just got into my yuri mode so I changed it, I'll get it back again after my OCD for yuri runs out xd

Yes i prefer borders as well
Also skorm, elmage, avenger, eternity and mischief maker.
(they're more but i can't recall the names atm)
They're all great at gfx to, i recommend them for request also.

However, and i truly believe the ones that don't take request have amazing work.
I do this as a hobby, not to prove that i'm one of the greats or something along those lines.

Same, since usually I know what I like. all the avys/sigs I have up are made by me unless there gif sigs or gif avys.
