[Discussion] New Sharingan Powers

Okay now think that you are Kishi and you have to write about new Uchiha who has really powerful eyes as we know Shisui had strongest Genjutsu , Sasuke can control Amaterasu , Kakashi (obito) had amazing shurikens what powers would you like to create for Sharingan?

for example my idea is such a Sharingan with power of slow down (Itachi looked on target and burned it with Amaterasu) it works so : look on target and it will slow down and maybe mangekyo of this sharingan could slow down many people in some radius but it would be really tough (or someone with such eyes could be stongest)
