new school or old school

hey guys i have studied in uk for the past year and now i came back to uk but i am debating on whether to go to my old school or to join in a new school.

in my old school i had some good friends but i think they could have changed.

in the new school i have no friends at all but i think i will like it

which do you prefer...my parents think i should go back to my old school because i am used to it ...so what should i do?

i am in a serious dilemma

I suggest old school. If you liked it back then you'll like it now too and your old friends will welcome you IMO

I my education in the UK too.I think you should go back to your old school,I did once.I was quite unsure,but it worked out great.
However,if you think the new school is better(you said it was good),then you should go there,as the purpose of going to school is to learn.

Do what you feel best. I would say "New School." Meeting new people is way more intresting than looking at old faces everyday. No offence, but its just something different. You would have a greater adventure and an expanding friends list for when you are bored. It also may include greater opportunities.

I had a choice like this too..I went to a different middle school for 8th grade when I had known the people in my old middle school since elementary and had friends there. So I went to that new middle school and felt like an outsider..I didn't talk to anyone, didn't have friends and I felt like crying..because I missed my best friends (no lies, I felt so alone, enough to feel like crying, didn't but I know if I would of stayed longer, I would have)
Anyways I went back to my old school and I was so happy! even happy about being in Ms. Martinez Math class..which I use to hate b/c she was always bitching. I miss that school so much..I thought I was going to have to be in the new school for the rest of the year.
We had moved b/c of family issues but we end up moving back to our old house and I haven't been happier to have come back.My mom did ask me if I wanted to stay or go back..well, ofc I said "I wanna go back" so I guess I wasn't truly debating the choice much..
anyways it's up to u kid, do as you wish, w/e makes you feel better.
