The Last was considered canon by Kishimotto. Meaning what ever dress she was wearing Kishi approved of it. Your whole arguement of this style not suiting shy girls is irrelevant. When there is multiple cases of shy girls wearing revealing clothese. Not sure why you would debate against something that is so simple to understand?

Nah I am talking of the manga till The Last where Kishimoto was consistent with her clothing and style.It got revised in the movie by Pierott for obvious fan service being Naruto's wife.
Dude even in Kishi's sketch she is wearing the same thing. As for the editing of the sketch. Majority of the characters don't look like how Kishi drew them. This edit is no different then what Sasuke or Sakura got. You are just nitpicking something and making a big deal out of it.
I wasnt disputing they modify characters.Its clear as day that Kishi's clothing is not tight fitting emphasizing her upper half.There is even a zoom up of her chest in the sketch and its not near what they are showing in their own design

Yea its pretty silly, not sure why they do that, people say it's because Hinata's seiyu is pretty popular in Japan, so they try to make her shine as much as possible.
I disagree. I believe even Kishimoto stated that Hinata had rather above average breast size in an interview we all awkwardly read. Something about enjoying drawing them or some old-guy fetish BS.
Honestly Sakura is more attractive than Hinata but Hinata's boobs are putting an illusion comparable to KA.
They are large despite the differences SP makes them or not. I would believe it is apparent by the size since Hinata wears a long sweater and her chest still pops out. Though, the RtN chapter pretty much gives us the answer as to how big they are.
I personally thought each girl from the K11 was rather beautiful, at least in their own right. I feel like Sakura just changed in her overall design in the Last, 700, and the novels from what she used to be. Everyone looks different, but not that different.
Well that happens in real life as well, it's called growing up, some people develop better in the looks department as they mature than others.
Do you have proof that Sakura's chest size was reduced? I believe from the manga and anime comparison it is legit, the only problem is her outfit which was made longer. Though sexyness in the Naruto-verse is never orientated to be taken seriously. Excluding Tsunade at times, but even then her too.
I think the main problem is that Kishimoto emphasized on beauty, rather than character. You can tell that Sakura in chapter 700, is the Sakura in chapter 699.
