That'll be difficult. DBZ is the most oped anime ever, basically, the battles would practically never end because there's really nothing that you can't dodge in DBZ, considering their speed and massive strength.

Make a social group for it, just as the OP rp; Kingdom Hearts rp and the Pok?mon rp.

But as Riku said it would be way to overpowered -_-'

Really did Not Think About It Like That So Maybe There should Be A rule like You Can doge once per Battle Or something Like The Substitution Jutsu

Either way you need to do the same as what caliburn said. It works in stages to make things happen. Though I say no, keep at it and maybe it will happen. Though I believe DBZ is just too hard to work with since it's always a dodge and slap then scream for more power anime. There will obviously only be a selected few that can even seen being made into bios.
