A little remake of the last year's poem. Happy New Year everyone!
Do you take your time,
To show others you care?
When a friend calls on you;
Will you always be there?
Or you'll find yourself saying,
I don't have the time;
If I spend my time for you,
Then I'll get behind.
I'm sure someone will help you,
But today it won't be me;
So call back tomorrow,
Maybe then I'll be free.
So before you start this New Year,
Take some time and think;
Because once again,
The year will pass in just a blink.
You can bring difference,
In the life of someone.
Throughout two and sixteen;
That has barely just begun.
So don't be afraid,
To reach out your hands.
For people who care and share;
Is such a great demand.
So throw out the old,
Bring in the new.
It's a really simple decision
And it starts with you!
