New rep bars

Did anyone notice the new rep bars the first five are dark green and anything after that is bright green i wonder why that is maybe the way the code was written.

They were always like that... the new ones just took a smaller design with slightly lighter colors.

If that's the old one then it is different the color shades are backwards from how it is now. I believe I'm losing my mind.
