as they say rasengan is already the maximum shape manipulation but an incomplete technique because it's supposed to be combined to an element to produce s class type of jutsu - now naruto knows how to manipulate elements / different chakras as well at their highest form…

nine - bijuudama

so technically naruto can use all chakra types and elements now…that's how OP he is...

How powerful is it? Remember the fight Naruto/Itachi/Bee vs Nagato? They had to use Yasaka Magatama + Rasen Shuriken + TBB to stop 1 Chibaku Tensei. The rest is self explanatory i think ( tell me if it's otherwise so i can explain you).

Well if you compare Sasuke to his PS and compare that to the meteors and then compare those to the BDRS(bijuudama rasenshuriken) that helps with picturing the size.(tree stump helps too)

It is very op since it not only is bijuu dama, but also contains senjutsu and fuuton ....and naruto made that casually even without going bijuu mode, now think how OP that thing will be when Naruto performs that in Bijuu cloak!! U_U
Also Naruto's bijuudamas are not just mountain buster....the weak bijuu's bijuudamas are mountain busters but Kuramas are mountain range level....also remember that bijuu dama naruto made to counter all the five bijuus BD's , that was island level.
Now imagine if naruto makes something like that (actually he must be able to make even bigger one now since he can add senjutsu and has more bijuus inside him) and adds wind to it!! XD

Thing people are not getting is how heavy that must be i remember when he was training to do that with killer bee and he could not even hold it.

Now he can make huge ones and throw them mixed with wind nature...OPness my god.

And sasuke can fly now as predicted many times.

He added Wind Nature to a massive condense chakra bomb with one hand with ease.
