after today's manga obviously the rankings have changed......here's my new top 10 list.....
1. Madara: the guy is still a beast, he hasn't shown his true powers of rinnegan but hopefully we'll get to see them soon.
2. Hashirama: the fight at valley of end confirmed why Hashirama is the god of shinobi.
3. Minato bijuu mode: okay, minato receiving this drastic upgradation is quite obvious, he has the raw power and speed just like naruto. Added to it, he has his own arsenal of techniques, is extremely intelligent and is experienced being a hokage. So minato is pretty much invincible right now.
4. Obito: kamui, intangibility, mokuton, rinnegan....
5. Nagato: with all his path abilities nagato is formidable in battle.
6. DSM Kabuto: we have seen him fight so we know how dangerous he can be. Immune to visual genjutsu by keeping his eyes closed and can use his edo-army
7. Naruto: raw power and speed thanks to kurama's chakra, endless stamina.
8. Sasuke: EMS...the fact that he has taken responsibility to protect his village indicates that he does have some tricks up his sleeves and is yet to show his true powers.
9. Itachi: best genjutsu user, has sealing weapon Totsuka and Yata mirror as ultimate defense. The most intelligent shinobi of all. can figure out the weakness of any opponent.
10: Tobirama: he isn't the second hokage for nothing.
