GFXing the new userbar = 5 seconds.
Installing the rank = 3 seconds.

But I agree with the point it has no value it all, you're basicly rewarding spammers. What's the essence of rewarding someone that has been spamming a minimum effort reply for over 100,000 times?

Also Roby, you repped me saying that it is meaningless, but just for fun. So I don't see the additional input NarutoBase would gain from it, it would just be for the visual looks.

I believe it's actually an award that is handed out at the discretion of the staff (Admins) for whatever reason they see fit. But, Rei gave us this award in forum games whenever someone reached 10,000 posts in her counting thread.

But you have to take it into account that the rank in itself is basically for FG users like Yami said. And is for fun that has nothing to do with RP. I don't see why people are going bananas for this. Just as people ''spam'' RP section so does Forum Gamers ''spam'' the game section, each and everyone of us find different ways to have fun here no need to hate.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but members who spam the forum games knew that there was no sort of reward bound to it. They did it for the "fun" of it (though I don't see the fun in it). Why would we need a rank for that all of a sudden? I don't see the use in it, because if people really want to spam all that much for the fun of it, that should be enough a reason to do it.

That's ignorant man. We do it because its the only troll free place. You ever have a discussion in the naruto discussion section that didn't involve trolls? No you haven't. In fg we can discuss just about anything without worrying about trolls. Why not have a rank not like its gonna kill people, well knowing this place it probably will but I will agree its pointless but so is rp'ing so yea...

And just like that reward I mentioned in my earlier post, we was awarded for being the 10,000th poster (It's not unprecedented) . Of course the rank itself can't do anything, but neither can the medals.


Unless of course (and this is probably the reason), you're stating that because not many will achieve it, it's pointless. However, there are awards that are not handed out on a regular basis, member of the month being one of them.

Th point being, we all have our own meaning of what's fun and 'pointless', it shouldn't be judged upon that. Though it's really up the admins, and of course we can't dispute what they decide.

However there are far more than just one forum game that people post in, not just one and the same. I agree that if the 100 000 is posted in the same thread then it is kind of beating the idea of getting it, however if ''playing'' all the games like people are doing is not a simple ''10'' spam in one thread.

Well as I said. Rei awarded us for for counting (1, 2, 3,) with an actual medal. This is a rank. An Admin of this site, gave something that most perceive as more awarding than a rank, for much less effort (10,000 compared to 100,000). I don't see the validity in your argument.

At the bolded, that's your opinion, it's not fact.

In any case, I can say the same thing about spamming; Anybody can spam, everyone can do it, but not everyone is dedicated enough to reach such high posts. See what I did there?

What harm would there be in implementing such a thing? If the demand is there then I see no problem in placing a new rank just for such people who enjoy spamming in Forum Games.

A rank for just mindlessly posting in the Forum Games? Fairly obvious that is never going to happen. Ranks are for RP, this has nothing to do with RP, so logically that's a big fat no. The Grim rank was already a stretch, but at least Hellsbadass was an RP mod at the time who worked to improve the RP. If that wouldn't have been the case, that rank probably wouldn't have been added.
