It's not that kind of mush. Beware looking for the definition based on the English word, it will have synonyms that have nothing to do with the meaning of the word in the language it came from.

The word is dorodoro which is a word that describes muddled and slow-moving like syrup or lava. I also found other words in the tweet which can mean sinister or flat. Maybe he laughed because the energy is a complete opposite to the OP.
