Update: The issue 40 of Weekly Shonen Jump is going to update us with more details of the movie, but we already have the information that Eiichiro Oda (One Piece's author) will be onboard for this movie, just like he was in Strong World and Film Z!

Summer of 2016 bro, Luffy could range anywhere between Marco level and admiral level between then. With PIS and luck and being Marco level he could come out with a win.
