New NPH Avatar/Sig Request

So yeah, I'd love a new NPH Avatar and maybe a sig as well. I'm not gonna get too specific about requirements for how it looks. Just standard 150x200. Go nuts, go crazy. Make it flashy. I'm much more concerned about the avatar than the sig, I quite like my sig, but it never hurts to ask.
