Well, tbf, all the gameplay shown so far has been on the konoha map where there are no walls to run on so heh, guess we shall have to wait and see.

As for naruto's UJ, I'm pretty sure it's a place holder.

They always give Naruto and Sasuke new moves. I have a feeling RSM Naruto will have a new ultimate and aweakening.
