I got REALLY close. Makes sense. Now, what about the Slugs/Snakes? Jiraiya? Tsunade? Orochi? (Well, Oro probably is a good guy now, according to the Rock Lee stuff, and Tsunade is EVIL) Still think the bad guys, the main ones, are the masked men/beasts. But the frogs too cause AU Naruto is a masked man.

Edit: WAIT! Maybe the AU Naruto has the Nine-Tails AND Naruto! So Akatsuki is protecting AU Naruto! THAT MAKES SENSE! Since their fighting. Still confused. I'll wait for the movie.
