Interesting trailer... Either they found a way to bring Minato from the dead *hint hint* or Naruto was brought to the past. I heard Sasuke might make an appearance.

dam dude thats been up for a while and yes naruto is getting sent to the past those towers are suppose to have some kind of power and im still thinking how does he know his name thats means there is somebody else with him maybe kakashi or something hope they dont include sakura she sucks

I barely found the trailer today. xD

As for the plot, I did read somewhere that Minato knew of what was going to happen to Konoha before the Kyuubi attack, he knew something no one else could figure out.
Anyway, if naruto is in the past, shouldn't minato be able to sync his memories with his own living self? hence knowing of naruto before he was born.

Plot overview;
Assigned on a mission to capture Mukade, a missing-nin, Naruto Uzumaki sets out for the once glorious historic ruins of "Ouran", where he pursues and corners the rogue ninja. Mukade's goal is revealed to be a dormant leyline within the ruins; he unleashes the power of the leyline, causing a light to envelop Naruto, sending him twenty years into the past. When Naruto awakens, he comes into contact with his father (the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze).
