So I just came back to this site for a surprise visit after not having been here for awhile and I see new chapters of the Naruto manga entitled the 7th hokage.....my question is......is this actually written by kishi? or is it fan made? is it cannon? and is it any good so far?

Naruto and Sasuke were nerfed. NB community quickly went to shit at the beginning of gaiden.
