New Naruto in the Generations Demo

I don't know if anyone who has played the demo has realized this, but the new Naruto is in it. He fights Tobi at the end. They lock his ultimate jutsu and transformation because he uses the ultimate jutsu with tons of Naruto's flying through the air and he's the Naruto that transforms into the Kyuubi Mode. Pay closer attention next time you play the demo, he has different attacks than the other Naruto.

Yep I noticed the change in combos , but I Hope that KM is a character by himself not a transformation just like how they did SM in Storm 2. But who knows we shall see.

KM Naruto is definitely a transformation, I don't know if he's a character on his own as well.

I wonder why they locked his ultimate and Awakening

I played the Demo, and it's only locked when fighting TObi and that's because he's already in awakening mode.

They probably didn't want you to use it. I'm hoping that we can play starting matches in transformed mode.

That would be fun but you know how OP that would be. Imagine Minato, Iachi, Sasori in transformed mode from the start.
