New Naruto dvd's?

Naruto is my all time favorite anime/manga, so I would love to collect all the dvd's. (Already buying manga.) The thing is that I'm not satisfied with current Naruto dvd's, they seem pretty chaotic to me. I mean, I wanted to buy the whole first generation, but I couldn't find decent box sets :I

What do you guys recomend? (Maybe I didn't do my research right.)

Also do you think they'll make special box sets or something when Naruto's done?

Well, here they made a special box with all the dvds of Pre-Shippuden but those subtitles are in French ^^;
I'm collecting the Shippuden boxes now with Dutch subtitles and so far there are 17 of them.
I don't know how far the dvds with English subtitles are. Where did you search? Online anime stores often have dvd boxes (like archonia)

yes but some of like to support it so he can make money and continue to write it so you can enjoy it for free


did you try amazon they have everything or maybe even fyi or barnes and knobel

The English dubb was cancelled after season 2 of Shippuden.The DVDs have been coming out on an irregular basis.I just found out myself that the dubb has gotten as far as the beginning of the Invasion of kohonoha by pein.The next set of episode will not be up until september.The Naruto franchise is popular no doubt but the initial rush of fans died down when the fillers took up a year of peoples time.I doubt funimation sees any profit in repackaging and selling just the first same 3 seasons of part 1 naruto series and rightly so
i am pretty sure that is why the box sets of naruto have only 12 - 14 episodes on them.
They are trying to milk the first 3 seasons for all its worth and sold the fillers as a whole box sets as well.

Oh wow, ik had niet gerealiseerd dat je Nederlands sprak, sorry ^^;
Ik vind van wel. In het begin van Shippuden was er een extra waarbij ze een stukje tekst niet hadden vertaald maar voor de rest vind ik de vertaling goed
Ik weet niet waar je woont maar de Superdragontoys in Brussel heeft alle Shippuden dvd boxen ^^ Plus alle films met Nederlandse ondertiteling

Ik woon in Limburg ^^ Zijn die Nederlandse ondertitels niet door een Franse uitgeverij gedaan? Meestal zijn Engelse beter, maar ik kan best gewoon 1 kopen en dan zien we wel :I Bedankt voor de info

Ja, ironisch genoeg wordt Shippuden door kana (als ik de uitgeverij me goed herinner) wel ondertiteld in het Nederlands, de filmen ook (Superdragontoys heeft zelfs hele mooie verzamelboxen voor de filmen) maar niet de Pre-shippuden reeks -_- Die hebben ze enkel met Franse ondertitels (zelfde verhaal met Black butler wat me wel heel erg frustreerd, want ze kunnen even goed alle dvds ondertitelen in het Nederlands in plaats van een select few)
Ik zou zeggen, koop de eerste box en kijk of je het leuk vindt ^^ De verkopers in Superdragontoys kennen me daar al omdat ik daar zo vaak kom LOL
Plus ze zijn fantastisch om merchandise van allerlei anime te vinden

De Shippuden boxen kosten 38.95 euro per stuk. Blood prison kun je al krijgen voor net geen 20 euro
