well looking through everything, naruto is not too bad though he still looks awkward a bit however much better than sasuke. sakura, hinata and the little girl(always forget her name) just look weird.

by the looks of it I think the artist is trying to give them a older look, while still using the basis of kishi's design. Overtime the design will get redefined and improved, but he seems to want to try to make them look like they are getting older than having them always looking so young. People always seem to forget that kishi art improved over the years.

The million dollar question is will the story be good. Probably got to wait for 3 chapters(3 months), to accurately judge the new manga.
