look at the bar above. On tthe top is the forum name. then name of the sections and then a thin line of options . There is an option FAQ. you will get many of the featrures described there. Global rules are described on the top of the each forum section where the threads are listed. In the manga section One thread is amon the sticky threads too.
You can ask questions in question and suggestions section
