it does since there is no connection from brain to her hand and her body will become useless at least until Sasuke and Naruto touch her with their seal.

Or Naruto could've chopped off Sasuke hand and blitz Kaguya with both seal :lol

I don't recall Momoshiki joining the battle and Kinshiki was by far weaker of the two...

Funny thing is, later Sasuke and his PS were really in bad shape and Naruto had to come to the rescue.

Yeah, after Sasuke had expended alot of chakra opening portals, and allowing people to cross with him through.
