Most of them got new jutsus so how would you rank them from the strongest to weakest?

2 Sakura
3 Choji
4 Neji
5 Kiba (im a Kiba fanboy)
6 Rock Lee/Shino
7 Rock Lee/Shino
8 Hinata
9 Shikamaru
10 Ino

I would rank Shino way higher than he is now, his new Jutsu is just amazing IMO

And it would be great if the practical and versatile implications are mentioned for each justu.

I am glad for hinata and kiba however i am more interested in shino's ability.
I just got done making a Aburame character who specializes in parasites lol

I likened the idea thanks to seeing torune short skirmish with obito.

for all of them that complain about my rank:

Kiba vs Shikamaru (shika shadow can't stop the Cerberaus)
Kiba vs Shino (Cerberaus is too fast for shino(he cuts in half) and shino new jutsu can't be used because Kiba is too fast for him)
Kiba vs Lee (I don't know about this one is 50/50 )
