By new Konoha i mean Obito is a member of Konoha.Naruto and sasuke died so they are not.Lets look at the new Konoha's members.Obito and Kakashi(certainly the best duo ALIVE).Gai.Sakura and Tsunade as healers.Konoha also has Oro and k11 except of neji.
Basically
Obito,Kakashi,Sakura,Tsunade,Gai,,Current Oro vs 4 nations
I think team konoha stomps with the overpowered kamui of kakashi and obito.Sakura and Tsunade summons %10 katsuyu for healing but i dont even think it will be needed.Oro can summon a snake army while Gai gives a lesson to fodder alliance members a taijutsu lesson.
The only restriction is ET.
