The match took place Sunday so this news is a bit late but the Sunrisers Hyderbad are the champs in the IPL for the first time.

Congrats to David Warner who is a consistent player and to BCJ Cutting's blitz. They were able to upset the favorites RCB. Kohli must be very disappointed at the finish despite making 7 or 8 50+ records in the tournament itself.

But jokes aside, congrats to Sunrisers Hyderbad for winning the title and managing to curtail a freakishly strong RCB batting lineup. They deserve all the plaudits they are receiving.

They were good and were the favorites to win but fell like a pack of cards after Kohli's wicket. Sunrisers definitely deserved it for being overall consistent with the play. If Gayle could bust a few more sixes and perhaps get to the 5-90 range perhaps this game's outcome might have been different.

Tbh I thought Sachin baby was his son and a nickname for Argun Tendulkar.

First time too lol, they went into Banglore and despite the odds they won. Warner has been superb for that team.

Given Warner's form, better captaincy and SRH's bowling...
I was rooting for them.

At one stage, it looked like RCB are gonna role over the target but what I always suspected happened.
Only Kohli was in the true form, ABD & Gayle were supported by Kohli from other end and Watson was flop this season.
